I'm sitting here blogging with my beautiful baby in my lap, grateful and thankful for a safe delivery and a beautiful, healthy baby girl!
Baby Elyce Marie was born on Thursday morning, April 8th. Everything went well, and she's just the most amazing little thing!
And yes. We changed her name.
The day before she was born.
That's just how we roll.
We're unbelievably in love with this baby girl. We're going to need some time to adjust to having so many kids- but I know we'll figure it out. We've been so blessed!

She is so sweet. I just love newborn pictures. Something just so perfect about them. I am sure will manage, how much harder can 5 be than 4 right? I am hoping that rings true going from 3 to 4!
she is so precious, Lani, I just love those newborn shots. She looks so peaceful and darling. I love where Lyddie is, but I do miss that snuggly newborn phase.
Do you pronounce the beginning of her name with an "ee" sound or an "uh" sound? "eelyce or "uhlyce?" I have been wondering each time I see it in print.
Congratulations again, she is 100% adorable.
Hmmm... I've never really thought about it! I guess we kind of say it both ways. We call her "Leecee" most of the time! And Lilah calls her "Leelyce".
I love the name change. I secretly did not like Tess :( But this name is beautiful, just like your baby girl :D
